Foods to avoid during pregnancy

  • Coffe: includes coke and tea
  • Shellfish: clams, oysters anf crab etc
  • big fish: swordfish,shark mackerel etc
  • Sushi: (risk of bacteria)
  • Deli meats: cold cuts and deli salads
  • Smoked items: such ad fish, ham or chicken
  • Prestuffed meat: such as chickens,fish and seafood
  • Anything with raw eggs:(mousse and other desserts)
  • Soft cheeses: such ad bire, camembert etc
  • Liver:(too high in vitamin A)
